Our Moroccan call center reaches every COD customer in Darija, French or English to confirm the order, address and payment method — before we print a single thing. Result: a 98% delivery rate and a margin you can actually count on.

  • You (or your store) place / forward the order in your dashboard.
  • We call the customer within 2 hours to confirm — small fee of 5 MAD per order.
  • We produce, pack and ship under your brand. You track every step live.
  • Typical timeline: production 1–2 business days, delivery 1–3 days depending on city.

My Returns

If a parcel can't be delivered, it returns to our warehouse and appears under My Returns in your dashboard.

  • Resell the same item later (same size & color).
  • Shipping fees refunded to your balance.
  • Return handling: 5 MAD (product cost not refunded).

100% white-label. Zero MerchLab branding on your parcels — only your name reaches the customer.

  • Plain neutral packaging by default.
  • Custom thank-you cards & neck labels (Pro).

Print guidelines

Follow our specs to get sharp, true-to-color prints every single time.
