Clear, fair terms for using MerchLab Studio. Last updated: May 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or placing an order on MerchLab Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these Terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Pricing, payments & withdrawals

Product prices are shown in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and include base manufacturing cost. As a brand owner, you set your selling price; your profit equals selling price minus base cost. Top-ups and withdrawals are processed manually within 1–5 business days. Fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of the transaction.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of designs you upload. By uploading, you grant MerchLab a non-exclusive license to print, store, and ship those designs solely to fulfill your orders. You warrant that your designs do not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove content that violates IP, contains hateful, illegal, or misleading material.

5. Prohibited content

You may not upload designs that: infringe trademarks or copyrights, contain illegal or violent content, target minors inappropriately, promote hate or discrimination, or impersonate other brands. Violations result in immediate removal and possible account termination.

6. Order fulfillment & risk

Products are made on demand after order confirmation. Production takes 2–5 business days, delivery 1–3 additional business days within Morocco. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for details.

7. Liability & governing law

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
