Items that arrive damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly are reprinted at our cost — or fully refunded, including shipping. Send proof photos within 7 days of delivery to support@merchlab.studio.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly are reprinted at our cost — or fully refunded, including shipping. Send proof photos within 7 days of delivery to support@merchlab.studio.
Because every product is printed on demand for a specific customer, we cannot accept refunds for change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, or designs uploaded with incorrect specifications.
On approved refunds we credit the shipping fees to your MerchLab balance. Return-handling fee is 5 MAD per parcel. Product cost is not refunded for non-defective returns.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method, or instantly to your MerchLab balance if you prefer a faster reprint.
