If a customer refuses a COD parcel, the item is returned to our Casablanca warehouse. Shipping fees are refunded to your MerchLab balance and a 5 MAD handling fee applies.

Resell the same item
Returned items in original condition (same size, same color, same design) can be resold to a new customer — no reprint cost, just a new shipping fee.
Re-shipping options
Trigger a new shipment from your dashboard in one click. We re-pack, re-ship, and apply the standard delivery fee for the destination city.
Storage & expiry
Returned items are stored free for 60 days. After that, we'll contact you to either re-ship, donate to a partner association, or recycle the textile.
