We collect: (1) account info (name, email, phone, brand name, city) when you sign up; (2) order info (shipping address, products ordered) when you or your customers place orders; (3) payment-related metadata for top-ups and withdrawals (we do not store card numbers); (4) device/usage analytics (IP, browser, pages visited) for security and product improvement.
To operate your account and process orders, to print and deliver physical products to your customers, to send transactional emails (order updates, password resets), to prevent fraud, and to improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed. Database access is restricted by row-level security and role-based permissions. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise your rights, email privacy@merchlab.studio. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Moroccan CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la Protection des Données à caractère Personnel).
