Every order is printed on demand. Production takes 2–5 business days from order confirmation. Embroidered or complex designs may take 1–2 additional days.

Production in 2–5 days, delivery in 1–3 business days to major Moroccan cities.
Delivery time
After production, delivery takes 1–3 business days for major cities (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fès, Agadir) and 2–5 business days for smaller cities and remote areas.
Coverage
We deliver to all 12 regions of Morocco. International shipping is not available at this time. Some remote rural areas may require pickup from the nearest delivery point.
Shipping fees
Standard delivery: 25 MAD anywhere in Morocco. Free shipping for orders above 400 MAD (single-order). Fees are added to the final invoice and collected on delivery.
Packaging & tracking
Orders ship in branded recyclable packaging. A tracking number and live status are available in your dashboard. SMS and email notifications are sent on dispatch and delivery.
Failed delivery
If the customer is unreachable after 3 delivery attempts or refuses the parcel, the order is returned. Brand owners are not charged for refused COD orders, but a 15 MAD logistics fee applies for repeated failures.
