File formats
Upload PNG with transparent background (preferred), or PDF / TIFF for vector-style artwork. Avoid JPG — it bakes a white background into your design.

Print specs that ship.
File types, DPI, color profiles and design specs we use across DTF, DTG and sublimation — follow these and your prints land sharp every time.
Resolution & size
300 DPI at the final print size is the gold standard. For an A3 chest print, that means a 3508 × 4961 px file. Anything below 200 DPI may render pixelated on apparel.
Color profile
Export in sRGB color space. CMYK files are auto-converted but may shift in tone. Use a calibrated screen and avoid pure neon greens or magentas — they print muted on cotton.
Safe print area
Keep important elements 2 cm from the edges of the print area. Single-color elements thinner than 2 mm may not transfer cleanly on DTF or sublimation.
